About this program
The Master of Professional Accounting at Charles Darwin University focuses on the knowledge and skills required for practice as a certified practising accountant or chartered accountant, along with effective management, accountability, control and decision-making for financial success. Students develop the technical and conceptual skills to become a competent accountant and the ability to analyse, critique and synthesise accounting principles, methods and techniques. With relevant work experience, graduates can pursue careers as financial or management accountants, financial or tax auditors, business and financial analysts, or roles in large multinational and Big Four accounting firms.
