Admissions
Minimum ATAR: 70 A completed High School Certificate with a minimum ATAR of 70 (including adjustment factors) or equivalent. OR Charles Sturt Undergraduate Certificate of Health Studies with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 OR Successful completion of the CSU Connections, First Nations Direct Entry Program OR Successful completion of two university level subjects (AQF level Associate Degree or higher), gaining a minimum GPA of 4.0. Successful applicants are encouraged to obtain a senior first aid certificate prior to commencing the course. Prior to commencement of the first placement, students will also be required to provide evidence of their immunisation and vaccination status, and a completed Working with Children Check . Please note: Students will be required to purchase instruments at the beginning of Years 1 and 2 of this course. The approx. cost of these instruments is $2000 (Yr 1) and $1500 (Yr 2).
