About this program
CQU's Associate Degree of Information Technology (CA99), accredited at associate level by the Australian Computer Society, gives students foundational IT knowledge applicable across professions, with four elective units to specialise in areas such as cyber security, application development, business analytics, artificial intelligence or blockchain. It is designed as an entry pathway that can lead into the Bachelor of Information Technology, with electives able to be chosen to align with a future IT major. Graduates pursue roles in computer technology, business analysis, database management, network and communication technology, programming, and systems analysis.
