About this program
The Associate Degree in Information Technology at RMIT University is project-based and linked to current industry requirements, building foundational knowledge in cyber security, artificial intelligence, programming and data handling. Through theoretical subjects and hands-on training, students learn operating systems, IT support and systems administration, network infrastructure design and security using CISCO technologies, hardware, software and network troubleshooting, virtualised and cloud-based systems, software application development, and user-centred design. Graduates can enter the workforce with current IT skills or continue to a bachelor degree. It is taught in Melbourne.
