About this program
The Bachelor of Property and Real Estate at Deakin University is an accredited degree that develops the practical skills employers look for, preparing students for property roles in valuation, development and investment. Students gain a strong foundation in property valuation, development, finance and law while learning how market cycles, demographic trends and sustainability shape property decisions, with the ability to tailor study toward commercial or residential property and sustainable construction. Through more than 80 hours of work-integrated learning students gain industry experience. Graduates work as valuers, property analysts, developers and asset managers.
