- Semester 120 core units across three years, plus a 4-unit minor or four electives. Year 1: Fundamentals of Flight, Aviation Operations and Practice, Aviation Meteorology, Introduction to Engineering
- Semester 1Human Factors in Aviation, Foundations of Mathematics, Air Navigation, Basic Aeronautical Knowledge for Conventional and Remotely Piloted Aircraft (Semester 2). Year 2: Aircraft Performance, Engineering Innovation and Ethics, Aviation Legislation and Regulatory Frameworks
- Semester 1Advanced Aerodynamics, Aircraft Systems, Flight Operations (Semester 2), plus one minor or elective unit each semester. Year 3: Aircraft Propulsion, Advanced Flight Planning, Principles of Industrial Maintenance
- Crew Resource Management, Engineering Management, Trends in Aviation Technologies (Semester 2), plus one minor or elective unit each semester. An optional Work Integrated Learning elective, the Aviation Work Experience Project, is available in the final year. Total: 3 years full time, on campus at Joondalup

All applicants must meet the academic admission requirements for this course. The indicative or guaranteed ATAR is as published where applicable, or academic admission requirements may be satisfied through completion of one of the following: AQF Certificate IV, 0.25 EFTSL of study at bachelor level or higher at an Australian higher education provider or equivalent, an Undergraduate Certificate, the Skills for Tertiary Admissions Test, a University Preparation Course, the Indigenous University Orientation Course, or the Experience Based Entry Scheme. For international students, requirements include secondary school results.
