  • A dual degree with the University of Portsmouth, UK: three years at ECU plus one year at Portsmouth, graduating with both a Bachelor of Psychological Science from ECU and a BSc (Hons) Psychological Sciences from Portsmouth, accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council. 360 credit points of core units plus six 0-credit assessment units. Year 1: Introduction to Psychology, Psychology of Motivation and Emotion, The Pursuit of Justice, Criminology (Stage A)
  • Social Determinants of Behaviour, Biopsychology Sensation and Perception, Therapeutic Practice with Families and Couples, Dynamic Models of Counselling (Stage B). Year 2: Fundamentals of Psychological Inquiry, Psychology of Personality and Individual Differences, Decolonising Perspectives, Culture Equity and Diversity (Stage A)
  • Developmental Psychology, Learning Memory and Cognition, Case Management and Professional Skills, Investigating Miscarriages of Justice (Stage B). Admissions

All applicants must meet the academic admission requirements for this course. The indicative or guaranteed ATAR is as published where applicable, or academic admission requirements may be satisfied through completion of one of the following: AQF Certificate IV, 0.25 EFTSL of study at bachelor level or higher at an Australian higher education provider or equivalent, an Undergraduate Certificate, the Skills for Tertiary Admissions Test, a University Preparation Course, the Indigenous University Orientation Course, or the Experience Based Entry Scheme. For international students, requirements include secondary school results.
