About this program
The Bachelor of Community and Human Services trains students to support individuals, families and communities dealing with family violence, poverty, homelessness, mental illness or disability. Core units cover social policy, social issues and personal values, and Australian community-services frameworks, backed by industry placements that put theory into practice in real settings. Graduates are prepared for roles as counsellors, in social research, youth justice, family and disability support, aged care and broader community-engagement work.
