Graduate Certificate in Research
Federation University Australia, Ballarat, VIC, Australia
About this program
The Graduate Certificate in Research is designed as the first formal step toward a Higher Degree by Research (a Master of Philosophy or Doctor of Philosophy) for students who already hold qualifications across a wide range of disciplines. Students complete a project that lets them pursue an area of personal interest while practising core investigative skills, alongside elective units that build literature-search, analysis and academic-writing capability. It functions purely as a research-readiness qualification rather than a professional or coursework award.
