About this program
The Master of Teaching (Early Childhood) is a postgraduate qualifying course for graduates of an unrelated undergraduate degree who want to teach in early-childhood settings, with a minimum of 60 days in the classroom built into the course. Coursework has a particular focus on nature pedagogy, examining how young children learn and develop before school, drawing on international examples of early-childhood practice. Graduates are prepared to teach in preschool settings throughout Australia and internationally.
