About this program
Griffith's Master of Global Development is a 160-credit-point degree, one to two years full-time, taught online and at Brisbane South, built around the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Study covers policy, politics, people and power across development contexts, and students choose one of six majors: climate change and disaster management, development economics, global health, human rights, politics and planning, or sustainable development. Entry is a recognised bachelor degree with a grade point average of at least 4.0, and IELTS 6.5. Graduates work with non-government and aid organisations, in international development, government policy, consultancy and research, with employers such as the United Nations, the World Bank, Oxfam and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Indicative international tuition is around A$38,500 per year.
