About this program

The Bachelor of Food and Nutrition at La Trobe University teaches students to work with people, communities and organisations to help prevent chronic disease and optimise health. Designed by food and nutrition science experts with industry, the degree explores nutrition science and metabolism, the environmental sustainability of food systems and diets, food product development, culture and food, nutrition assessment, and individual and public health nutrition across the lifespan.
