About this program
The Bachelor of Paramedic Practice with Honours at La Trobe University builds the knowledge, clinical skills and confidence to provide emergency healthcare. Students develop hands-on clinical skills from first year alongside a strong foundation in human biosciences and evidence-based paramedic practice. They learn to assess and manage patients across trauma, cardiac, respiratory, paediatric and obstetric emergencies while developing communication, critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills, building confidence in the Paramedicine Practical Laboratory with industry-standard equipment and realistic simulation.
