About this program
La Trobe's Master of Business Analytics is a two-year, 240-credit-point degree co-designed with industry that sits between data science and business. Students learn to build and use analytics dashboards, predictive models and cloud applications for real business problems, apply artificial intelligence to productivity and decision-making, and work through the regulatory, ethics and cybersecurity frameworks that govern enterprise data. Teaching is in small interactive classes and includes industry placements and business case studies. Entry is a bachelor degree in a related field such as data analytics, computer science, information systems or IT completed in the last five years, or a bachelor in any discipline. IELTS 6.5 with no band below 6.0. Graduates work as business and data analysts, analytics consultants, business intelligence developers and in AI solution roles. Indicative international tuition is around A$46,800 per year.
