About this program
A one-year diploma developed with WA Cricket and the Perth Scorchers, blending units from sport and exercise science, business and marketing with access to high-performance cricket facilities and specialist coaching. Students complete 100 hours of work integrated learning with the Perth Scorchers and WA Cricket. There is no ATAR requirement: Year 12 graduates need a completed Australian Year 12 or equivalent, and others need post-secondary study or at least six months of work experience. On completion, students receive up to a year of credit toward Murdoch degrees including the Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and the Bachelor of Business. It suits people who want a practical entry into the sport and business sector and a pathway into a bachelor's degree.
