About this program
A 24 credit point graduate diploma that takes a human-centred approach to innovation, rethinking product and service experiences around the customer. Developed with industry, it launches students into a real project problem with a local industry partner, working in a project team across connected units, plus two electives in areas such as web strategy, community development or organisational change. It builds on the Graduate Certificate in Design Thinking, whose units transfer in. It suits people who want to lead service and product innovation and work directly with industry on live problems.
