About this program
QUT's Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) is a four-year undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Health, taught at the Brisbane campuses with placements in community and hospital pharmacies. It combines pharmaceutical science, clinical practice and an honours research component, and makes graduates eligible for the supervised internship year that leads to registration as a pharmacist. Graduates work as community and hospital pharmacists and in pharmaceutical research.
The course takes 4 years of full-time study. The English language requirement is IELTS 6.5 overall, no band below 6.0. Admission: Completion of Australian Year 12 (or equivalent international senior secondary qualification), minimum ATAR/selection rank of 76.00.
