About this program

The Diploma of Nursing at RMIT University helps students build knowledge and skills in a practical learning environment, through on-campus simulation laboratories and industry placements, graduating ready to work as an enrolled nurse. In this nationally accredited diploma, students gain the skills to provide acute, curative and rehabilitative care under the direction of a registered nurse, working with patients of all ages across aged care, community, acute care and mental health, and learn to administer intravenous medications and apply medical and surgical nursing skills.
