About this program

The RMIT Master of Fine Art is designed for people with emerging art practices looking to focus their work, and for those extending existing practices, with a structure that allows room for experimentation. Students are mentored by academic staff who are professional artists, performers, writers, historians and curators, exploring multiple media and conceptual tools to develop the core of what they want to create as an artist. RMIT is highly ranked internationally for art and design. Graduates work as practising artists, and in curatorial, education and creative industry roles.
