About this program
The RMIT Master of Statistics and Operations Research combines a theoretical foundation with practical applications of the current techniques used by engineers, scientists and other professionals in industry, research, consulting, teaching and business, using statistical software alongside an in-depth understanding of the statistical processes involved. Graduates work as statisticians, operations research analysts, data scientists and quantitative consultants. Students graduate knowledgeable, creative and critical in how they interpret and analyse data.
