Master of Business Administration
Torrens University Australia, Multi-campus, national, Australia
About this program
Torrens' MBA is built around six core leadership subjects and then hands most of the customisation over to the student: elective streams run through Marketing Management, Business Analytics and Insight, Project Management, Engineering Management, Technology and Digital Innovation, Strategy and Entrepreneurship, Health Leadership, CX and Service Design, and Finance, and students aren't locked into picking just one: electives can be mixed across streams rather than treated as a fixed specialisation.
The exit-point structure is the more unusual design choice: a student who needs to stop partway through can leave with a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma of Business Administration rather than nothing, which matters for working professionals whose circumstances change mid-degree. Full-time completion runs 1.5 years standard or one year accelerated, with part-time and blended online/on-campus options across Torrens' city campuses.
Given the elective spread, this MBA tends to attract people already mid-career who want to redirect rather than restart, someone moving from operations into digital strategy, or a clinician moving into health leadership, more than fresh graduates.
