A 12 credit point graduate certificate, four units over about eight months, delivered fully online and part-time. Units are chosen from options such as data-driven decision making, financial management, talent management, marketing and behavioural insights, managerial economics and strategic management, introducing managers and aspiring leaders to the core functions of business. Entry requires a bachelor's degree in any field or three years of relevant work experience, plus IELTS 6.5. The units are credited toward UC's Graduate Diploma and Master of Business.
