Admissions

Completion of Year 12 with a Guaranteed ATAR of 65.00 (Rule A) or equivalent higher education, VET study, or work experience. This course is offered under multiple admission rules: Rule A: You have completed a Diploma (AQF Level 5) or Advanced Diploma (AQF Level 6) from a VET Community Services Training Package or Health Training Package in one of the following areas: Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health Care Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Practice Nursing If you are admitted on this basis, you will be eligible for admission under Rule A. Rule B: You have completed, at minimum, an Australian Year 12 qualification or overseas equivalent. Rule C: You have completed the UNE Diploma in Health and Social Care (Social Work) from 2025 onwards.
