Graduate Certificate in Agribusiness

University of Queensland, Brisbane, QLD, Australia

About this program

The Graduate Certificate in Agribusiness is a half-year postgraduate program at UQ's St Lucia campus designed for recent business, agricultural or rural science graduates, and for established professionals moving into agribusiness. Over the program students gain specialised knowledge of agribusiness management alongside business and communication skills, taught by academics and industry experts who cover contemporary issues such as sustainability, globalisation, food security and international trade. Students learn how agribusinesses in different contexts can respond to global opportunities and challenges. It can serve as a standalone qualification or a pathway into the Graduate Diploma or Master of Agribusiness. Graduates work in agribusiness management, agricultural supply chains, trade and marketing, agri-finance and rural policy.
