About this program
The University of Queensland Master of Business is a management degree for graduates from any discipline, with specialisations in advertising, human resource management, information systems, innovation and entrepreneurship, international business, leadership, marketing, organisational sustainability or supply chain management. It runs 1.5 years for graduates with a bachelor degree in the same discipline, or 2 years for graduates from any background, who first complete the core fundamentals of general management. Entry to the two-year program requires a bachelor degree with a GPA of at least 4.5 on a 7-point scale, or a UQ Graduate Certificate in Business, and international students need IELTS 6.5 overall with no sub-band below 6.0. Credit or exemptions may shorten the degree further. International tuition is about A$44,900 per year.

Admissions
To be eligible to complete the degree in 1.5 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) full-time (only available as full-time study) , you'll need: a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (see below). You must have a grade point average (GPA) of 4.5 on a 7-point scale in your previous qualification. Relevant disciplines for previous qualifications Relevant disciplines include accounting, advertising (business degree related only), business, business administration, business information systems, commercialisation (business degree related only), economics, entrepreneurship, finance, human resources, international business, international hotel and tourism management (UQ BIHTM or BTHEM and Griffith University BITHM degrees permitted, others considered on a case by case basis), management, marketing, strategy and sustainability (business degree related only).
