Make a meaningful impact and improve the quality of life of others. Become a qualified physiotherapist with UniSQ’s Bachelor of Physiotherapy and be career-ready to work in a range of settings. Develop essential critical thinking and practical skills by studying human anatomy, systems and movement under the guidance of experienced academics, clinicians and industry professionals. Gain experience in acute care, rehabilitation and community settings by engaging in five placement opportunities. Learn how to provide much-needed support to regional, rural, First Nations and low-resource communities. Explore topics including musculoskeletal health, anatomy and neuroanatomy, cardiorespiratory health, digital health services, neurological physiotherapy, supporting those with acute and chronic health conditions and paediatric physiotherapy. There may also be opportunities to learn about animal physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, chronic pain management and pilates.
