About this program
Study the Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) at UniSQ and be ready to make a difference in the lives of others. Speech pathologists assess and treat infants, children and adults with a wide range of developmental, congenital and acquired delays and disorders in speech, language, voice, fluency, multimodal communication and swallowing. Be guided by experienced academics and industry experts to ensure you’re prepared to deliver care to people in various communities, particularly high need areas such as regional, rural and remote practice, Indigenous and low resource communities. Learn to work closely with other health professionals to deliver comprehensive health care plans that improve the lives of those living with communication disorders. Be equipped to help patients with a multitude of health care needs. Develop essential skills in a range of courses designed to prepare you for the demands of the speech pathology, from clinical learning in communication and swallowing through to understanding digital health delivery.
