About this program
The Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) at the University of Sydney is a one-year research program for students who completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences, or an equivalent degree at another institution, before 2017. The year combines lectures and seminars with an individually supervised research project, giving students the chance to plan, conduct and report an original piece of health sciences research.
Honours topics can address a specific area of health care practice or a current health issue. Graduates move into health promotion, policymaking, project and case management, consultancy, business development and public relations roles.
