About this program
The Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) and Master of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Sydney is a vertically integrated degree preparing students for professional pharmacy practice, incorporating the Pharmacy Board of Australia's intern training program and supervised practice requirements. Over five years, students build a comprehensive understanding of how medicines are developed and how they affect the human body, combined with hands-on clinical experience.
Graduates are eligible for general registration as a pharmacist after completing the required examination, and go on to work in community and hospital pharmacy, primary care, clinical trials, research, regulatory affairs and manufacturing.
