To be eligible for an offer, applicants must have studies or experience equivalent to a satisfactory achievement in the following subjects from the Tasmanian Certificate of Education (TCE) (or equivalent), or from the University of Tasmania within the last 10 years: Mathematics Methods (MTM415117) (TCE), or General Mathematics (MTG315123) (TCE), or Mathematics Specialised (MTS415118) (TCE), or Mathematics Methods Foundation (MTM315117) (TCE), or Applied Mathematics Foundation Unit (KMA002) (UTAS), or Introduction to University Mathematics (KMA100) (UTAS) AND â¢Â   Satisfactory achievement in one of the following subjects from either the Tasmania Certificate of Education (TCE) (or equivalent), or from UTAS: o   Chemistry (CHM415115) (TCE), or o   Introduction to Chemistry (KRA161) (UTAS) or o  Physical Sciences (PSC315118) (TCE) Desirable: Biology (BIO315124) (TCE) or Foundations of Biosciences (XAB083) (UTAS) You can enquire online for information on interstate and international equivalents to the Tasmanian senior secondary subject above.
