About this program

The Graduate Certificate in Property Development at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is a one-semester introduction to the property development process, covering development feasibility, property transactions, and investment and development analysis. The course is designed both as a foundation qualification and as a pathway for people already working in property who lack a relevant bachelor's degree. It sits within the UTS Faculty of Design and Society and leads into the Graduate Diploma and Master of Property Development.
