About this program
The Graduate Certificate in Property Development at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is a one-semester introduction to the property development process, covering development feasibility, property transactions, and investment and development analysis. Students model a real development feasibility project and study the economic, legal and environmental factors behind urban development.
