About this program
The Graduate Diploma in Property Development at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) covers the full property development process across subjects in development feasibility, property development finance, valuation methodology, and planning and environmental law, plus two options subjects such as project management, urban design or capital markets.
Study takes one year full-time within the UTS Faculty of Design and Society.
