About this program
The Master of Business Administration at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) develops general management capability for early-career professionals and those strengthening their business knowledge. Core subjects cover leadership, decision-making, financial management, accounting, economics and marketing, after which students choose majors, sub-majors and electives in areas such as business law, operations and supply chain, and human resource management.
Each MBA subject is reviewed by an industry board. The optional MBA Career Elevate Program adds coaching, case challenges and industry experiences. The degree takes two years full-time and is delivered flexibly. Graduates move into management and senior specialist roles across sectors.
