About this program
The UTS Master of Finance is a 1.5-year degree open to graduates from any discipline, provided more than 75 percent of prior subjects were passed, with IELTS 6.5 and a writing score of 6.0. UTS is an affiliated university under the CFA Institute University Affiliation Program, so the curriculum aligns with the CFA body of knowledge. Six core subjects cover financial management, financial modelling, capital markets and investment management, and six electives allow specialisation in investment management, corporate finance, banking or fintech. Graduates work as financial analysts, fund managers, investment bankers, financial advisers and corporate finance managers. Indicative international tuition is around A$53,300 per year.
