About this program
The Master of Human Resource Management (Extension) at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) runs over two years full-time. Students complete eight core subjects covering people management, industrial relations, creative problem-solving, diversity and inclusion, and the future of work, then two HR electives, then a capstone that is either an industry internship or a research project.

Completed Australian bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or overseas equivalent, with more than 75% of all subjects completed at pass level (conceded pass not included) Applicants who do not meet the criteria above should consider applying for C07113 Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or C11198 Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management.
