About this program
The Master of Management (Extension) at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is a flexible postgraduate degree for early-career professionals and recent graduates aiming at senior roles in public, private and non-profit organisations. Core and elective subjects build capability in management, leadership, problem-solving and responsible organisational stewardship, with a capstone that is either an internship or an industry research project.
Study takes two years full-time. The course develops an enterprise-wide view of building a resilient, sustainable organisation, and articulates from the UTS Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma in Management.

Completed Australian bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or overseas equivalent, with more than 75% of all subjects completed at pass level (conceded pass not included) Applicants who do not meet the criteria above should consider applying for C07018 Graduate Diploma in Management or C11021 Graduate Certificate in Management.
