About this program
The Master of Business Analytics at UWA equips students to lead the use of data in business decisions, building the analytical skills to extract meaning from complex data sets, the vocabulary to work with technical experts, and the ability to communicate what the analysis means. The course includes a project-based Business Analytics Industry Project unit that applies and interprets data analytics in a real business context. It is offered over 1.5 years full-time (72 points of taught units plus 24 points of admission credit) or 2 years full-time (up to 96 points of taught study). Admission requires a bachelor's degree that includes at least one unit of statistics or a substantive quantitative component, plus a UWA weighted average of at least 60 per cent, or at least two years of relevant professional experience, or a UWA Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics. Graduates work across industries in Australia and internationally.
