About this program
The Bachelor of Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong prepares students to apply the science of exercise to improve human health, fitness and performance, designing, implementing and evaluating exercise and physical activity programs for a wide range of people. The degree covers anatomy, physiology, exercise physiology, exercise prescription, nutrition, psychology, neuromechanics and biomechanics, and prepares students for careers in sporting organisations, education, community and corporate health units, and gymnasiums, or for further study in clinical exercise physiology.
