About this program

This is the Public Relations and Advertising specialisation of the UNSW Bachelor of Media, a three-year degree in the Faculty of Arts, Design and Architecture. Students study campaign strategy, brand and reputation management, audience and media research, content creation, media law and ethics, and the structure of the advertising and communications industries. The degree emphasises hands-on projects and industry engagement, and lets students combine prescribed courses with electives from across the media disciplines. It is delivered face to face at the Kensington campus with Term 1, 2 and 3 entry. Graduates work as public relations consultants, account and campaign managers, brand and communications strategists, social media managers, media planners and content producers in agencies, corporations, government and the not-for-profit sector.
