About this program
Adelaide University's Associate Degree in Building Studies is the two-year pathway exit award within the Bachelor of Construction Management, covering the same first two years of study and giving students a recognised qualification if they choose not to continue to the full degree, or a direct credit pathway back into it. Adelaide University's Bachelor of Construction Management is a three-year degree (144 units) covering the construction process end to end: low-rise and high-rise construction, structures, construction science and materials, economics and procurement, quantity surveying and cost estimating, contract administration, planning and safety, building codes, building services, and scheduling. Digital construction tools are taught from first year.
