Bachelor of Construction Management
Adelaide University, Adelaide, SA, Australia
About this program
A three-year degree (144 units) covering the construction process end to end: low-rise and high-rise construction, structures, construction science and materials, economics and procurement, quantity surveying and cost estimating, contract administration, planning and safety, building codes, building services, and scheduling. Digital construction tools are taught from first year.
Work-integrated learning is one mandatory professional practice course. On accreditation: as of 2026 the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors has accredited years 1 and 2 at Level 2, with year 3 accreditation being pursued, and the page does not list quantity surveying accreditation, so applicants who need a specific professional pathway should confirm the current status with the university.
