About this program
A three-year studio-based degree (144 units) in designing physical products, systems and services, with an explicit emphasis on ethical, social and environmental responsibility alongside CAD, digital visualisation and materials.
Students work in purpose-built studios with CNC machines, 3D printers, laser cutters and VR and AR systems, and the third year includes a capstone design project and an industrial design practice course run with industry partners. Entry is an ATAR of about 70. Graduates work as industrial and product designers across consumer goods, furniture, packaging, assistive technology and related fields.
