Australian National University, Canberra, ACT, Australia
About this program
The Bachelor of Music at ANU nurtures musical artistry through the intersection of performance, composition and recording, delivered at the Acton campus over three years. The program offers a diversity of musical experiences in an environment that encourages excellence, passion and entrepreneurship, and students can specialise in Music Practice or Contemporary Music Production while exploring integrated skills across performance, composition and recording. Students develop their own musical identity through studio and ensemble work. The degree requires 144 units and can be combined with another discipline in a flexible double degree. Graduates work as performers, composers, producers and recording practitioners, music educators, and in arts administration and the wider creative industries.
