Bachelor of Public Policy
Australian National University, Canberra, ACT, Australia
About this program
The Bachelor of Public Policy is a three-year degree at ANU's Acton campus that gives students a comprehensive understanding of Australian public policy and related international policy. It develops the skills to gather and analyse economic, demographic and social data, evaluate public policies and programs, and take part in policy design, advocacy and communication. Students may also have the opportunity to take part in the Australian National Internships Program. The degree requires 144 units and can be combined with another discipline in a flexible double degree. Graduates work in the public service, policy analysis and evaluation, advocacy and not-for-profit organisations, international agencies, and government relations roles in the private sector.
