About this program

This is a two-year degree (six semesters) for students who want a working knowledge of law inside a business career, not a path to practising law. It is not an accredited law degree, so students who want to become a solicitor or barrister need Bond's Bachelor of Laws instead.

The structure is 10 law elective subjects plus a business component: either eight general business electives or a six-subject business major (entrepreneurship and innovation, international business, management, marketing, marketing communication, or tourism management) with two further electives. First year covers legal foundations and Bond's core subjects. It suits students heading into compliance, contract management, procurement, HR, or founding a company, where legal literacy matters but a practising qualification does not.
