About this program
Bond's version of the politics, philosophy and economics degree, built across three faculties (Law, Business, and Society and Design). It runs on three strands: policy and law reform, philosophy and competing worldviews, and the economic analysis of policy, with politics threaded through. First year lays foundations in legal studies, international relations, philosophy, politics, and economics; second year moves into contemporary policy problems, with about five open electives for customisation.
Bond's three-semester calendar lets the standard three-year PPE structure be completed faster. The degree is aimed at students heading into the public service, government, policy institutes, think tanks, and not-for-profits, where the ability to reason across law, economics, and ethics matters more than depth in any one.
