About this program
An online graduate certificate for construction professionals, five subjects (40 credit points) part-time over about a year, covering Building Information Modelling principles and management, model federation, BIM execution plans and the ISO 19650 standards, then cost modelling, sustainability assessment, schedule optimisation and BIM analytics. It is the first step of an articulated pathway: a further four subjects earn the graduate diploma, and a capstone project completes the full master's qualification, with credit carried forward at each stage. It is currently not available to international students. It suits people already working in design, construction or project delivery who want structured BIM and integrated-project-delivery skills without committing to a full master's up front.
