About this program
Bond's practical legal training program, the GDLP, an approved course that law graduates complete to qualify for admission as a lawyer in Australia. It is delivered online with self-paced coursework over about one semester, one compulsory practice subject plus two electives, assessed by competency rather than exams. Alongside the coursework, students complete up to 60 days of supervised Professional Legal Experience, at least 15 of them during enrolment, with credit of up to 45 days available for relevant prior legal work. Entry requires a recognised law degree such as an LLB or JD. On completion, graduates can apply for admission to legal practice in Australia and some overseas jurisdictions. It suits law graduates completing the final step before admission.
