About this program
A graduate diploma, about two semesters, that develops foundational knowledge in occupation and health across subjects such as neuroscience, environments, work and play, multidisciplinary care and evidence-based practice, taught at the Bond Institute of Health and Sport. It articulates with full credit into Bond's Master of Occupational Therapy. It is aimed at three groups: people preparing for postgraduate medical or allied health study, professionals updating their qualifications, and career changers moving into allied health assistant or aged care roles. The diploma on its own is not a clinical or registration qualification. It suits people building toward an occupational therapy or health career who want a recognised entry qualification first.

Admissions
Successful completion of a recognised bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in a health-related field with a minimum GPA of 1 (on a 4-point scale where 1=pass). Must also meet subject prerequisites. One (1) semester of anatomy. One (1) semester of physiology. Two (2) semesters of behavioural science.
