Juris Doctor Online
Bond University, Gold Coast, QLD, Australia
About this program
A fully online version of Bond's graduate law degree, 24 subjects completable in two years, for graduates of any discipline who want to qualify as a lawyer while working. Teaching is delivered through weekly live seminars plus recorded material and an AI tutor, with year one covering the foundational law subjects and electives and year two finishing the prescribed curriculum and a 15-day legal work experience placement.
That placement can count toward the workplace experience component of the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, which students typically take alongside or after the JD to complete the practical training required for admission. Applicants should confirm current entry requirements and, importantly, how the online JD is treated by the admitting authority in the state where they intend to practise, since admission rules are set by each jurisdiction.
